Sensitivity to Local Culture & Tradition We believe that culture and tradition is the glue that holds communities together, and we must build on those cultural attributes and traditions that move the community in the directions that they feel are best for their future. Culture and tradition create commonality among those who share them. Culture is not a static array of traditions. Rather, it is a framework of meaning within which options can be evaluated and change take place. Our role is not to initiate those changes, but to provide perspective on alternatives, and to facilitate changes consistent with our philosophy, principles and goals. Back
